Role & Responsibilities
First year would be as a trainee wherein they will be assigned to one entity and will work on 2 projects in various departments within the entity. The objective being – giving exposure to various functions of business. Their role will be defined post this. The areas of work would be anything from : Design Engineering, Structure Analysis, Product Engineering, Manufacturing-Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Shop floor supervision, Quality, Marketing, Product Development , Service Engineering
