colleges, for an online test leading to internship cum recruitment.
All students of your college, whose courses need them to complete a 6
months internship in IT companies for partial fulfillment of their
degree during the semester January to June, 2012 are eligible for this.
If you feel interested, you need to arrange for an online test of your
students (qualifying the eligibility criteria) at your college lab on
any date between Dec 27, 2011 to January 10, 2012
Firstly there will be an online test (Test format in brief: MAT, 40
min, 40 Q, MCQs One programming lang: 40 min, 40 Q, MCQs, Marking +3

and then we will conduct interviews of the first 20% performers in the
test merit.
Based on the results in test and interview the selected candidates
will be offered their 6 months internship with us.�
At the end of their internship, there will be another test for final
recruitment into Intecons, and at that time 30 to 40% of the interns
will be regularized as programmers, depending upon their performance
during the internship and in the final recruitment test.
Besides your college students appearing in the test, we would also
like to invite some of the students from different colleges who have
sent their resumes directly to our email in recent days. Some of these
are from your college as well, to this test, so we may discuss the
logistics accordingly.

Intecons is a 100% outsourcing company for US and UK based clients and
is concentrating in web and mobile based application development. We do
not believe in quantity in terms of our manpower and we only hunt for
the quality.
If you are applying in Intecons, please sharpen your Natural
programming skills, logical thinking and algorithmic approach and not
merely language based syntax
Please prepare yourself for a very tough test, if you come unprepared,
its almost sure that you will not be selected. If you get selected in
Intecons, that itself is good enough for you to understand that you are
the best amongst your competitors
The test will be for MAT (Mental Ability Test), 40 Min, 40 MCQs and
you can choose any one of the following languages/ databases:

Oracle
for same 40 min, 40 MCQs
There will be 3 marks for every right answer and -1 marks for every
wrong answer.

3. Package: The starting package for freshers is Rs. 225,000 (CTC)

enviornment to work, there are no reasons that we should be worried
